I'm visiting Ramsgate from London. Can my child still use the Pharmacy First service for their earache?

As long as your child meets the age criteria (1-18 years) and their earache started within the past 72 hours, they can utilize the Pharmacy First service at our Ramsgate Touchwood Pharmacy (CT12). Even if you’re not a registered patient locally, we’re happy to assist eligible children on vacation or visiting relatives.

Does the Pharmacy First service require any special equipment or procedures?
Our pharmacists use an otoscope, a small hand-held device, to safely and effectively examine your child’s ear. This painless procedure takes just a few minutes and allows us to accurately assess the extent of the infection and determine the best course of treatment. There are no needles or invasive procedures involved in the Pharmacy First service
My child is scared of doctors. Will Touchwood's Pharmacy First service in Ramsgate be a less intimidating experience?
Our pharmacists are trained to create a friendly and welcoming environment for children.
