What are the foods that would help me to recover fastly from dengue fever?

1) Drinking coconut water, fruit juices like oranges , soups and ORS will help in replishing the fluids lost during fever.
2) Eating fruits such as papaya, Kiwi,Pomegranate,guava would help in boosting immunity and maintain good hemoglobin count in dengue patients.
3) Leafy green vegetables, Carrots and Broccoli are rich in iron , beta carotene ,Vitamins A,C and E respectively which would help in producing Red blood cells and antioxidants

I have dengue fever for past two days and i started having bleeding gums all of a sudden. What should i do now?

Can dengue spread through saliva or any physical touch from infected person?
Answer is NO. Usually the virus will not be present in saliva, urine , feces or other bodily fluids and air so the direct transmission of dengue fever is not possible in humans. Most common transmission way happens through mosquitoes which becomes the carrier of virus after biting the infected person.
